I dunno if he actually looks like Cilan, but I'm damn proud of myself. I didn't think I'd get the hair thing down.
So I got this stupid idea after watching Amnesia cause there's a character on there named Kent and then it just clicked.
His hair still bugs me. Maybe I'll change it.

I think for the hair the color combination is pretty nice if you use the blue as a lighting against the green, like a back light or something~
